We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK
All products listed are original, one-of-a-kind artworks created by Sharin Butani in Mapusa, Goa, India. No prints or reproductions are made unless explicitly stated.

PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before artwork is shipped. We accept payments via Razorpay.

SHIPPING
We ship from Mapusa, Goa, India. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping times are estimates only.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Copyright and all intellectual property rights in the artworks remain with Sharin Butani. Purchase of original artwork does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

NO RETURNS ON ORIGINAL ART
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on original artworks except as outlined in our Refund Policy for damaged items.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
