RETURNS & REFUNDS

All artworks by Sharin Butani are original, one-of-a-kind pieces. 

Due to the nature of original art, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the artwork arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sharinbutani.com. with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if the artwork has not yet been packed. Contact us immediately at hello@sharinbutani.com.

CUSTOM ORDERS & COMMISSIONS
Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once work has begun.

SHIPPING
We ship from Mapusa, Goa. All artworks are professionally packed with backing boards and bubble wrap. Buyer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
