SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All original artworks are made-to-order and/or ship from my studio in Mapusa, Goa, India. Please allow 2-4 business days for handling and secure packaging. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
India: 3-7 business days via courier. Rates calculated at checkout based on location and artwork size.

International: 10-21 business days via India Post or DHL. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

PACKAGING
Every artwork is packed professionally with acid-free backing boards, bubble wrap, and corner protectors. Large canvases are shipped in custom cardboard boxes. We take utmost care to ensure your art arrives safely.

DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@sharinbutani.com within 48 hours with photos. See our Refund Policy for next steps.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup from Mapusa, Goa can be arranged. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and contact us to schedule.
