1. Orders & Payments
Payments are processed via Razorpay. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment completion.

2. Shipping & Returns
We ship pan-India — please check your pincode at checkout to confirm delivery to your location. International shipping is not available.
Furniture items are shipped within Goa only.
Returns: Accepted within 7 days if item arrives damaged or defective. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty.

3. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
